1. 7:30 Comp with left foot
2. Right knife hand block, vise grab
3. Left half punch to Left shoulder joint
4. Left back fist to Left side of face
5. Left front crossover to 12:00
6. Left inward elbow to right side of the head
7. Left front crossover to 7:30 - Full Cover
